All items are shipped by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Orders are usually shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment, however during very busy times it may take a little longer. For international buyers it may take up to 22 working days to receive your order, and up to 28 days during peak holiday times. Please note that regular shipping (both within Australia and internationally) DOES NOT provide tracking. If you require tracking, insurance or expedited shipping, please choose either Express Post (within Australia) or Registered Post (international).

All items are shipped for maximum protection. Unfortunately, I cannot assume responsibility for packages once they are shipped. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If the delivery of your package is delayed beyond the 22 business days, please call your local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about the status of your non-delivered package.

Please note the difference between the image size and the paper size. Prints are sized to suit most standard mats and frames, i.e 8x10 prints have an image sized to fit that size mat and/or frame, whereas the paper size refers to the overall paper dimensions. Our prints are designed to work with both ready-made and custom frames, so we leave an ample white border around the image to allow for mat clearance (if required), and to avoid damage to the printed area. It also allows for handling without the need to touch the actual print area - fingerprints and clean, crisp paper are not the best combination! If necessary, you can trim the border to suit your particular frame, although it's important to do this carefully. The old adage of 'measure twice, cut once' definitely applies here. To be safe, we do recommend you get a professional framer to trim your artwork for you. And if possible, it's best to choose your frames after you receive your prints. That way, you can make sure your artwork will be showcased beautifully!
